Director Ron
has been the Program Director since 1991. He is an alum of Clemson University
where he obtained both his BSCE and Ph.D. Ron is a registered Professional Engineer.
His specialties include traffic and transportation engineering as well as accident
reconstruction. Ron
is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the center as well as instructing
Civil Engineering Courses at WVU. |
