Funding Through
our work with private industry, we hope to establish the Signing and Marking Grant
Program. This program will allow local agencies to purchase these materials at
a fraction of their normal cost. To
evaluate the success of the program, WV LTAP will be filing an annual report to
the FHWA outlining what has taken place in terms of improvements and adjustments,
an evaluation of what has happened as a result of the adjustments, as well as
other pertinent information to determine the usage of the grant. You
can become involved or get more infomation by contacting Dr.
Ronald Eck
with suggestions or questions. We all look forward to working with you to make
our roadways safer. |
