Designing, Building & Maintaining Compliant Curb Ramps

June 13, 2018 • Morgantown

Facilities in the public right-of-way (including sidewalks, ramps, curb ramps and crosswalks) must be designed, constructed, and maintained to serve all users. This class will introduce the ADA requirements for the pedestrian access route, requirements for ensuring accessibility in existing facilities versus work in new construction and alternations, and the design of curb ramps in the public right-of-way.

Work Zone Safety App

A new Work Zone Safety app developed by ATSSA has been recently released and is available for FREE.


The app provides quick access to useful field guides and has a calculation tool to help develop a traffic control plan.

Build a Better Mousetrap Competition

Have you or one of your coworkers recently built an innovative gadget? Have you developed an improved way to accomplish everyday tasks? If either of these are true, you've built a better mousetrap and now is the time to show off the project your roadway agency is proud of in the WV LTAP's Build a Better Mousetrap Competition.
